Prices, validity, currency, MOQ, specifications, packing and delivery terms are as stated in the quotation.
An order becomes binding only after written acceptance and any required advance or payment conditions are met.
Product, material, size, colour, branding and packaging requirements must be agreed in writing.
Where samples or artwork are provided, buyer approval may form the reference for production.
Payment method, advance, balance and banking details will be stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
Lead time begins after required approvals, material confirmations and payments, as applicable.
Delivery, risk and freight responsibilities follow the agreed Incoterm.
Defect, shortage and transit-damage claims are governed by the agreed B2B claims policy and order terms.
Disputes and governing law are subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction agreed in the applicable order confirmation. Final legal entity name and jurisdiction to be confirmed by legal counsel.
